One Injured as SUV Crashes Into Meredith Restaurant

At least one person is injured after an SUV crashed into a popular Lakes Region restaurant Friday night in Meredith.

Police say it happened around 8:30 p.m. at Hart’s Turkey Farm restaurant on Daniel Webster Highway.

Video footage broadcast uploaded to various social-media platforms showed tables and chairs scattered throughout the restaurant, as well as a white SUV that appeared to have crashed through the facility’s exterior wall.

Police are investigating.
