Outgoing Mayor Congratulates Her Successor

Outgoing Manchester Mayor Joyce Craig has congratulated Republican Mayor-Elect Jay Ruais for his victory Tuesday over Democrat Kevin Cavanaugh.

She described his win as well-earned.

Craig had endorsed Cavanaugh and said she knows he will continue to fight to improve the lives of everyone in the city.
