Rochester City Council Race Decided by One Vote

The city council election in Rochester earlier this month has finally been decided by one vote.
A recount on Saturday gave Republican David Walker the victory over Democrat Chuck Grassie, 410-to-409.
Grassie said he will not challenge the result of the recount.
