Salem Man Sentenced to Federal Prison

23-year-old Kyle Morris of Salem has been sentenced to 18-months in federal prison and three-years of supervised release for the illegal possession of two machine guns.

FBI agents found multiple weapons and Nazi memorabilia in his home.

Additionally, the U.S. Attorney’s office said Morris advocated for bombing mosques, synagogues, diversity centers and for starting a race war.
