Smith Says He Would Vote In Opposition; Jackson Is Too Weak On Crime
U.S. Senate Candidate Kevin Smith saying on Good Morning New Hampshire based on what he knows he would vote against the confirmation of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.
“Justice Jackson is an intelligent and charming person, but I believe her legal jurisprudence is wrong. What we have seen thus far, her time as a judge she appears to be soft on crime”, Smith told Jack Heath.
Smith also said he would oppose the temporary suspension of the federal gas tax to give consumers a break at the pump.
