Sununu: Trump Will Not Be Republican Nominee

A prominent Republican critic of Donald Trump says the former President will not be the 2024 GOP presidential nominee.

Speaking on ABC’s This Week, New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu explained that’s the reason he won’t commit to supporting a third-party candidate.

Sununu acknowledged the intention of the organization No Labels to provide an alternative in the election.

He cited polls that show up to 70-percent of Americans do not want to vote for Trump or President Biden in 2024.

But when asked again if he would support a third-party candidate if Trump becomes the Republican nominee, Sununu repeated that Trump won’t win the party endorsement.
