Survey: Rent Prices are Skyrocketing in NH

Rents are skyrocketing according to an annual survey released Wednesday by New Hampshire Housing.

The median gross rent statewide is up about 11 1/2% over last year to over $1,700 a month.

An income of over $70,000 a year is needed now to afford a typical two-bedroom apartment with utilities.
