Three Protesters Charged Following Merrimack Company Incident
Three protesters are now facing charges for their alleged roles in an incident at a company in Merrimack.
Officials say the trio were involved in the pouring of paint on a facility owned by Israel-based defense electronics company Elbit Systems of America.
The individuals have identified themselves as members of a pro-Palestinian group who believe that Elbit Systems is a Zionist war machine, a claim the company has denied.
All three suspects were expected to be arraigned Tuesday.
