Two Motorists Hospitalized Following Crash in Hampton

Two motorists are hospitalized after a truck crashed into the Hampton tolls and caught fire Saturday afternoon along Interstate 95 Northbound.

Local police say an adult male and a juvenile were in the vehicle when it crashed around 3 p.m.

Both reportedly were hospitalized with unspecified injuries.

Officials say the crash prompted officers to close northbound lanes while police investigated the scene.
