Two People Accused of Stealing Boat, Trailer in Manchester

Two people are accused of stealing a boat and trailer in Manchester.

The two were taken from a parking lot on Blaine Street.

Fifty-one-year-old Andrew Dufresne and 48-year-old Julie Tomchak were captured on surveillance video and charged with two counts of theft.

The boat and trailer have since been returned to their owner.
