Two People Charged Following Assault Near Manchester Bar
Two people are now facing charges for their alleged role in an assault near a Manchester bar.
According to police, 29-year-old Payson Tracy and 34-year-old Damon Carter were involved in the September 29th incident outside of McGarvey’s Bar on Elm Street.
The victim, a 34-year-old man, needed treatment for serious wounds but survived.
Tracy and Carter turned themselves into police Tuesday.
