Vigil Planned in Laconia
A vigil against hate is planned in Laconia this weekend after the recent appearance of racist and anti-Semitic graffiti on a building at the former Laconia State School.
The Laconia Daily Sun reported organizers said it will be an opportunity for the community to show support for a vision of a city that is welcoming and safe for everyone.
The vigil is Sunday, October 8th, at 1 p.m. in Opechee Park.
