5 Seabrook City Workers Face Charges for Alleged Misuse of Town Funds

Five Seabrook city workers are facing charges after they allegedly misused town funds.

Hampton District Court officials say 52-year-old Ralph Welch, 42-year-old Casey Carter and 40-year-old Shauna Carter were charged with felony theft by deception and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Two other city employees who were not identified reportedly were arrested on identical misdemeanor charges.

All five have been placed on administrative leave and are scheduled to appear in Hampton District Court on November 14th.
