Officer-Involved Shooting Report From The NH AG

New Hampshire Attorney General John  Formella has completed the investigation into the officer-involved shooting that occurred on October 1, 2024, in Northwood which resulted in the death of 34-year-old Malcolm Burns.

The final investigation report concludes that Officer Nicholas Kane was legally justified in using deadly force against Mr. Burns.

As a result, no criminal charges will be filed against Officer Kane.
