Bus Driver Accused of Stalking, Threatening Student Reaches Plea Agreement
A bus driver accused of stalking and threatening an eight-year-old student has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.
Michael Chick was a bus driver for First Student and had routes in Rye and Greenland when he was arrested last year.
Officials say he threatened the child and their family and GPS trackers were discovered on vehicles the child’s parents owned.
Under the terms of his plea deal, Chick will be sentenced to six years behind bars.
