Investigation Into What Caused Brush Fires in Merrimack

The search is underway for a vehicle that may have caused several brush fires along the Everett Turnpike.

Sunday a yellow Mack truck was spotted near the highway in Merrimack with flames coming out of its exhaust pipes.

Multiple fires were reported a short time later, and crews from nearby towns had to be called in to finally get those fires under control.

Officials say the fires didn’t cause any significant property damage.
