Affidavit Sheds New Light on Suspect in Manchester Murder Investigation
A recently unsealed police affidavit sheds new light on a Manchester murder investigation.
According to testimony released last week, the suspect, 27-year-old John Kratz, told investigators he fatally shot his uncle, because he believed that killing his uncle would save his father’s life.
He reportedly also said he believed his actions were legal.
The suspect faces a second-degree murder charge for the elder Kratz’s death in May at Manchester’s Lobster Claw II restaurant.
