Belmont Man Pleaed Guilty to Gun Charges

A 29-year-old Belmont man pleaded guilty to federal gun charges Tuesday.
The charges against Justin Gebo include possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Prosecutors said in June of 2023 he bought a gun online and the weapon was later recovered at the scene of a double murder in Franklin.
Gebo will be sentenced in June.
