Bills Target Drivers Who Damage Covered Bridges

When the Legislature returns in January a bill will be proposed to impose severe fines on drivers who damage New Hampshire’s iconic covered bridges.

A second bill would let communities install cameras to allow police to identify drivers who damage covered bridges.

The Valley News also reported that both bills have bipartisan support.
