Charges Dropped Against Man Involved in Plymouth Hit-and-Run
All charges have been dropped against the man who was accused of being involved in a hit-and-run in Plymouth.
Prosecutors say 61-year-old Herbert Link Junior struck four Plymouth State University students on Main Street this past March.
But because the state failed to get Link’s competency evaluation done in time, he is no longer in legal trouble.
All of the students who were struck suffered injuries but survived.
