Child Approached by Suspicious Man in Concord
Police are investigating an incident where a man allegedly tried to entice a nine-year-old girl in Concord to get into his vehicle.
It happened Thursday afternoon while the girl was bike riding.
Channel 9 reported she was able to provide police with a license plate number.
A person was interviewed but no arrests have been made.
