June 24, 2024

Cleanup is going to continue after severe storms roll through portions of the Granite State.

The National Weather Service issued tornado watches Sunday for communities in Merrimack, Sullivan, Belknap, Cheshire, and Hillsborough counties in addition to several parts of Maine.

However, there have been no confirmed reports that any twisters touched down.

Most of the damage was caused by strong winds and heavy rainfall.
