Co-Owner of West Alton Marina Convicted

Following a four-day trial, the co-owner of the West Alton Marina was found guilty of felony sexual assault by a Belknap County jury.

Prosecutors said 52-year-old Brian Fortier of Alton assaulted a teenage employee in 2021.

A sentencing date has not yet been announced.
