Convicted Killer of Dartmouth Professors Granted Parole
A 39-year-old New Hampshire man serving 25-years to life in prison for killing two Dartmouth College professors in 2001 has been granted parole.
Investigators said James Parker and a co-defendant stabbed 62-year-old Half Zantop and 55-year-old Susanne Zantop to death in 2001.
Channel 9 reported that during a hearing Thursday he described what he did when he was 16-years-old as ‘unimaginably horrible.’
The Parole Board ordered that Parker have no contact with the victims’ families, that he continue his mental health treatment and stay out of trouble.
