Convicted Nashua Murderer Seeking Reduced Sentence
A woman convicted of committing a murder in Nashua is seeking a reduced sentence.
Ivonne Hernandez was found guilty in 2010 of hitting and killing 29-year-old Matthew Beaudoin after being taunted by a group for being a fan of the New York Yankees.
Hernandez was ordered to spend 20 to 40 years behind bars, but claims she’s changed and learned how to walk away from confrontation.
Beaudoin’s family wants Hernandez to serve her full sentence.
That decision will be made by a judge.
