Couple Accused of Trafficking Body Parts Plead Not Guilty
A Goffstown couple charged after being accused of trafficking body parts that were stolen from a morgue plead not guilty in federal court.
Prosecutors say the remains came from Harvard Medical School in Massachusetts, and that both 55-year-old Cedric Lodge, and his wife, 63-year-old Denise Lodge, have been indicted.
Cedric Lodge worked as the manager of the medical school’s morgue at the time the body parts were taken and later sold.
The remains were from cadavers donated for educational use.
