Dan Egan On Shiffrin Disqualification; White Settles For Fourth

Ski Legend Dan Egan joining Good Morning New Hampshire to give his breakdown of key moments in the Winter Games.

U.S. women held off the podium in the women’s super-G final.

Mikaela Shiffrin finished with the fastest time among the skiers from Team USA.

“It was hard not to see it coming with all the build up to the 5 medal quest.  I didn’t think she would compete in the speed events, but she stood up and placed ninth”, Egan told Jack Heath.

The two-time gold medalist posted “did not finish” standings after skidding out of control during the women’s slalom race.

Egan also commenting on Shaun White falling short of the podium in his final Olympics.

“He just didn’t have it, but he goes out the best in sport”, he said.
