Data Showing Home Prices Rising In NH

New data is showing the cost of a single-family home is still on the rise across the Granite State.

The New Hampshire Association of Realtors says median sales prices for those homes were up over two-percent in February to 525-thousand dollars.

And the cost of townhouse-condo properties increased more than six-percent to 405-thousand dollars.

Right now, there are about 13-hundred homes for sale statewide.
