Driver Clocked at 136 MPH in Concord

A driver clocked at 136 miles per hour was arrested Tuesday night in Concord.

A state trooper stopped the vehicle on I-93 north around 10 p.m.

19-year-old Tyler Gay of Concord was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence and reckless operation.

He was later released on personal recognizance.
