Fourth Person Arrested Following Shooting at Manchester Graduation Party

Manchester police have made a fourth arrest in connection with a recent shooting at a graduation party.

]They say that 19-year-old Kekoa Bissonnette was one of the suspects who opened fire towards that celebration in the area of Ahern Street last month.

Bissonnette is now facing multiple charges and is due back in court again in August.

Everyone who was hurt by gunfire survived.
