Hassan Supports Bill to Fight Pandemic Relief Fraud

New Hampshire Senator Maggie Hassan is co-sponsor of a bipartisan bill to fight pandemic relief fund fraud.
It would extend the term of the Inspector General for Pandemic Relief Recovery for five years beyond its expiration date next March.
The position was created to oversee the spending of government funds in response to the COVID pandemic.
Hassan said the Inspector General plays a crucial role to guard against waste, fraud and abuse.
