Health Officials Urging People to Protect Themselves from Mosquitoes
State health officials are urging people to take the proper precautions to protect themselves from mosquitoes.
The request comes after several batches of the insects have tested positive for the Jamestown Canyon Virus.
However, no humans have been infected by this dangerous illness yet this year.
It is recommended that people make sure to wear layers if they’re going to be outdoors, use bug spray, and remove any standing water from their properties.
