Homeless Man Threatened Parking Officer

A 37-year-old homeless man is accused of threatening a parking enforcement officer in Manchester.

Police responded to the Victory Parking Garage on Vine Street early Monday evening.

The enforcement officer said when he told the man he couldn’t stay in the garage he was threatened with a large knife.

The suspect is charged with criminal threatening with a deadly weapon.
