How North Hampton is Keeping Police Officers in Wake of Exodus

The town Select Board signed an amendment to the current police union contract raising salary levels by $10,000 per officer in response to the mass exodus of police officers.

Along with the wage increase the town is offering current police officers a $4,000 retention bonus.
