Ivermectin For Treatment Of COVID-19 Infection
A house committee listened and debated a proposal to allow New Hampshire resident to use the anti-parasitic drug Ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19.
“It’s a remarkable drug. Its effective in treating Zika, Influenza, Sars2 and COVID. Clinical studies have proven it works”, Dr. Paul Marik told Good Morning NH.
Marik said the drug has been embraced by some, particularly in the anti-vaccination community, as a treatment for Coronavirus, others disagree and say there is a lack of evidence to support these claims and call it a drug for horse.
Dr. Paul Marik told Jack Heath he recently resigned his position as Professor of Medicine and Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine with Eastern Virginia Medical School after he was reprimanded for prescribing drugs to people who were not his patients.
