Judge to Allow Another Round of DNA Testing in Double Homicide
A judge has decided to allow another round of DNA testing in double homicide case.
The testing will be done on Logan Clegg, who allegedly shot and killed Stephen and Wendy Reid in Concord last year while they were walking on a trail.
Clegg’s attorneys claimed that doing such testing would violate his constitutional rights, but the judge disagreed.
Clegg’s trial is currently scheduled to start in October.
