MA Governor Shrugs Off Ayotte Comments
Former U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte said she’s running for governor because New Hampshire is one election away from becoming Massachusetts.
She said unlike Massachusetts, New Hampshire is a beacon of economic and personal freedom.
In response, Governor Maura Healey, who has endorsed fellow Democrat and outgoing Manchester Mayor Joyce Craig in the race, said the Republican primary doesn’t interest her.
She said she’s focused on what’s happening in Massachusetts.
