Man Dead After Apparent Drowning in Manchester’s Crystal Lake

New Hampshire Marine Patrol is investigating Friday’s apparent drowning in Manchester’s Crystal Lake.

First responders called to the scene at around 7 p.m. arrived to find that other swimmers had pulled the victim, 33-year-old Amin Taheri, from the water.

Efforts to revive Taheri were unsuccessful, and he was pronounced dead at the hospital a short time later.

Marine patrol officials say Taheri’s death does not appear to be suspicious.
