Manchester Day Care Owner and Three Employees Arrested

A Manchester day care owner and three employees have been arrested after being accused of sprinkling melatonin on children’s food.

Authorities say the suspects work at a home day care center on Armory Street and put the sleep aid on lunches.

The day care was also unlicensed, which is legal under certain circumstances.

Police received a few tips about what was happening before the individuals turned themselves in Thursday.

They’re all charged with child endangerment.
