Manchester Man Charged with Negligent Homicide
A 30-year-old Manchester man charged with negligent homicide for a deadly motorcycle crash in June of 2021 received a three-and-a-half-to-seven year prison sentence yesterday after pleading guilty.
Grant Darveau was accused of causing the death of his 25-year-old girlfriend, who was a passenger on his motorcycle, when he crashed into a parked car at Pine and Willow streets.
After five years Darveau can petition the court to amend the felony charge to a misdemeanor.
