Manchester Man Faces Charges

A 58-year-old Manchester man faces armed robbery and other charges.
Dennis Higgins was arrested Saturday morning at Pulaski Park after officers responded to a report of a fight.
He was found to have a baseball bat, another man’s bicycle and cell phone.
He was also charged as a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and breach of bail.
