Manchester Man Pleaded Guilty to Federal Charges
A 24-year-old Manchester man will be sentenced in October on federal drug charges.
Bryam Toribio Frias pleaded guilty to possessing with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
Prosecutors said he was arrested in December of 2021 after he signed for a package addressed to him that contained over eight pounds of cocaine.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said additional evidence was found in a search of Frias’ phone and residence.
