Manchester Planning Board to Consider Apartment Projects
The Manchester Planning Board will consider two Elm Street housing projects this week.
A proposal to renovate the historic Dunlap Building would create 36 one-bedroom and studio apartments.
A new five-story building at what is currently a parking lot would include 37 one-bedroom apartments and commercial space on the first floor.
The board meets at 6 p.m. Wednesday night in the aldermanic chamber at City Hall.
