Manchester Woman Charged in Overdose Death

A 34-year-old Manchester woman is charged in connection with an overdose death.

Tonya Hoisington was arrested Thursday on charges of acts prohibited, death resulting and conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled drug.

Thirty-sixty-year-old Henry Devine was found dead in a truck in a Walmart parking lot in September 2022.

Hoisington was indicted last month for her alleged role in Devine’s death.
