Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Spaulding Turnpike

A 64-year-old Exeter resident is dead as the result of a motorcycle crash on the Spaulding Turnpike in Dover.

State Police said Jason Emerzian was operating a motorcycle near exit 9 southbound around 12:45 Monday afternoon when he lost control and hit a guardrail.

He and his passenger were thrown from the motorcycle.

Emerzian was dead at the scene, the other person suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
