Name Of Man Shot And Killed In Keene Has Been Released

(Keene, NH) — Investigators have released the name of the man who was shot in Keene on Friday night and later died.

They say the shooting happened on Green Street and that 27-year-old Kristopher Chagnon was taken to a nearby hospital but couldn’t be saved.

Everyone involved in the incident has been identified and there’s no threat to the public.

Officials say they’re looking into whether the person who shot Chagnon acted in self-defense.
