Nashua Murder Suspect Waived Arraignment
The 47-year-old man facing second-degree murder charges in Nashua waived arraignment Monday and remains in custody.
Victor Rivera is accused in the shooting deaths of 45-year-old Patricia Swett and 44-year-old Matthew Champagne last Friday night.
Autopsies confirmed they both died from multiple gunshot wounds.
It remains unclear if Rivera knew the victims.
