New Details Released on Fatal Shooting in Gilford

New details are now being revealed about a fatal shooting in Gilford late last week.

Prosecutors allege that 45-year-old Brian Horvath shot and killed his brother at a home on Timber Lane Friday.

The brothers lived together at the residence and the victim was found with a gunshot wound to the chest.

Horvath was arraigned Monday on a manslaughter charge and remains behind bars without bail.

His next court date is September 18th.
