New Development in Legal Case of Adam Montgomery

There’s a new development to report in the ongoing legal case involving Adam Montgomery.

He’s now appealing his conviction on weapons charges and the case will likely be heard by the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

Montgomery was found guilty of stealing an AR-15 and shotgun back in 2019 but his lawyers believe his estranged wife shouldn’t have been allowed to testify against him.

Montgomery is also awaiting trial in connection with the murder of his five-year-old daughter Harmony.
