New Hampshire Lawmakers Want to Save In Home Health Care
New Hampshire lawmakers are trying to save in-home health care services. It comes as Waypoint and Ascentria Care Alliance await funding, with both groups saying their patients would have to leave their homes and go to a nursing home.
Senate President Jeb Bradley says a Medicaid rate increase and an additional proposal could flush these programs with an additional $120-million-dollars.
The Senate Finance Committee could vote on the matter as soon as Tuesday.
